About Morgan Scheer

Morgan started her career in accounting at a prominent public accounting firm in Connecticut and shortly thereafter earned her Certified Public Accountant license (CPA). In 2015, after spending eight years in the field of public accounting, she joined a property management company and quickly developed a true passion for real estate. Morgan's real estate background ranges from executing lease agreements, contract negotiations, property renovations and design, and analyzing real estate deals for investors. Her strong business background, commitment to success, and passion for all-things-real-estate makes her a great asset to have on your side when entering the real estate market. She is licensed in both Connecticut and Rhode Island. Morgan grew up in Connecticut but spent her childhood summers in Newport, RI, and fell in love with the seaside town where she now calls home with her husband, Matt, and daughter, Kira.
