Alisha Juzapavicus is a native New Yorker from Greenport Long Island, a quaint seaside village on the north fork which is known for its boating, as well as its vineyards and farms. Her back round is originally in hospitality. Alisha managed a sea side restaurant in Greenport for 7 years where she ran the front of house and booked and executed dozens of on and off premise catering events. She then set out to explore the world of boating in the Virgin Islands with her boyfriend, Freddie Mills a professional race boat captain, on his family’s 80 racing Maxi Kialoa V in 2011 and eventually ended up here in Newport. After going through the process of buying a house with Libby Kirwin in 2013, Alisha decided to try her hand in real estate, discovering that it has a lot in common with hospitality. Two years later she has built a successful and consistent rental and sale business including closing on one of Newport’s oldest commercial buildings on Broadway as well several residences on Aquidneck Island.

“Alisha is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable. Without her help and expertise we likely would not be in our lovely apartment downtown Newport, RI. In such a crazy market she proved her capabilities. I would recommend her to anyone. She is honest, straight-forward and patient. Those attributes were  greatly appreciated and spared us time and fraught energy in a real estate market with a shortage of inventory and huge competition in the area. I'd definitely ask for her help again if we were to decide to move to a house in Newport in the near future.”

“Aisha went the extra mile to help me find the perfect place. I had to secure a lease while I was deployed to Afghanistan and she found exactly what I was looking for. I was smart to trust her judgement and I knew she really listened to me. Alisha took pictures of the property which really helped me make my decision. She is a gem and you can trust her!”
